As long as you work hard , and giving your all even if no one is patting your back. But your determination and commitment will pay you back regardless. I've always been an underdog , low self esteem , the quite one - I've always been the one with the poorest background, I've always been the lowest qualified. I worked with the executives , lawyers , accountants and what did I have just a diploma from an unknown college. Deep-down I always had that feeling of not belonging but because of that same reason I always gave my best - wherever I went , there was no job that was too low or too junior for me.
